Our Product

    • What system requirements and software do I need?

Our PM Toolkit and templates are currently supported by Microsoft Office, versions 2007 through 2013. We currently support any operating system capable of running Microsoft Office.

    • Can I recommend a new template?

Yes, please do. We have bundled the templates we use to manage our projects. If you have an idea for a template which might be beneficial to you and others, please let us know. We are always looking for new ideas and to improve our product.

    • I have a great template. Do you purchase templates?

Maybe. If you have created and use a great template which we do not currently offer, we may include it in our product. The template must be your unique work and property, and not trademarked or otherwise owned by any company or individual other than you. We reserve the right to decide which templates we include in our products. If we choose to include your template into our product, we will pay you between $25 and $100 for the template via PayPal (you must have a PayPal account).     • Who is required to purchase a license?

Our product is licensed to be installed on one computer and for use by one individual. Each individual who installs our product or uses our document templates must purchase a license. Our document templates cannot be distributed or shared without obtaining additional licenses. Any file included with this product is a document template and not to be distributed without additional licenses. You may share and distribute individual documents created from these templates. Volume licensing discounts are available for groups and corporations. Please contact us for details at

    • Can I distribute the templates or documents?

Under the terms of our license agreement, you may not share or otherwise distribute the document templates. Of course you may share and distribute any project documents created from the templates. Any documents ending with a .dot, .dotx, .xlt, or .xltx extension are document templates and not to be distributed without additional licenses. Documents created from these templates and ending with .doc, docx, xls, or .xlsx extensions can be shared and distributed.

    • Can I change the templates?

Yes. Any individual with a properly licensed product can modify the templates. We encourage you to change cover pages, headers, footers, colors, and individual sections to meet your business needs. If you believe your changes to one of our templates would be beneficial to our product or other templates, please let us know. We are always looking to improve our product. We will pay you for any enhancements which you provide and we decide to include in our package. 


    • How do I buy the PM Toolkit?

Easy. Simply click Buy Now from our website and then Order Now at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to our secure, SSL encrypted order form. Select the quantity you would like to purchase and the version of office you are using. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal as payment methods. After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to download our product. The download link is valid for five days or five download attempts.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal as payment methods. Local taxes will be applied to your order.

    • How secure is the website and my payment?

After purchasing our product, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include a link to download the PM Toolkit. If you do not receive the e-mail within 30 minutes of your purchase or you have any problems downloading the product, please contact us at:

    • What is your refund policy?

We are very confident in the quality of our product, but if you are not 100% satisfied we will provide a full refund within ten days after your purchase. All we ask is that you first send a short explanation of what we could do better so we can continuously improve our product.
