Why use our Project Resource Plan Template?

Our Resource Plan Template is a little different than others. Weve created an Excel workbook for planning your resource needs. By using our Excel based resource plan, you can easily maintain a list of all the people on you project, including name, role, organization, contact information, start date, end date, and percent dedicated to the project.

Our Resource Plan Template allows you to forecast your resource needs across the project duration. Record the hours required of each resource by week or month. You can also assign a hourly rate and track resource costs.

We have included a graphical, stacked bar-chart that shows the resources and hours need across your project duration. To present your team structure, we have embedded a Visio org chart diagram into the Excel workbook.
