Project changes can be frequent and impactful, and should therefore be tracked diligently. Our Change Register will allow you to maintain a log of all project changes. For each change, we track the requestor, date requested, and a change description. We also provide an area for logging the impact of each change to budget and schedule. Each change can be approved or denied. If a change has impact to the budget and is approved, our Change Register will maintain a revised project budget.
